Is it really £0 upfront?
Yes! Traditional web design agencies charge thousands (£1,500 ) in deposits and setup fees just to start. We charge £0 for the entire design and build. You simply pay your first month's service and hosting plan to activate your account and get us started.
Am I locked into a contract?
We operate on a month-to-month basis with no long-term lock-in. However, since we build your website for free upfront, the design ownership transfers to you after 12 months of service. If you wish to leave before the 12-month mark, you can simply cancel (and the site goes offline) or pay a buyout fee to take the design with you.
Do I own the website?
Yes, after 12 months of active service, you own the website design, content, and imagery 100%. You are then free to move it to another host if you wish, though most clients stay for our managed hosting and additional services.
How long does it take to launch?
We move fast. Once you pick your plan and send us your logo and details, we typically have the first draft ready for review within 7 days for Starter, 14 days for Business and 21 days for Grow. Most clients go live in under two weeks.
Is hosting and security included?
Absolutely. We host your site on Amazon Web Services (AWS), one of the fastest and most secure networks in the world. We also include an SSL certificate (the little padlock icon) to keep your site and visitors safe. It’s all covered in your monthly fee.
Can I edit the website myself?
Yes! We give you access to a super simple "Editor" mode. You can change text, swap images, and update your hours with just a few clicks, no coding required. If you’d rather we handle it, we offer hourly support packs, too.
Will my website show up on Google?
Yes. All our sites are built with SEO best practices from day one (fast loading speeds, mobile-friendly design, and clean code). This means your website will be visibile in Google but won't necessarily rank highly for relevant keywords without more work being done. For clients who want to climb the rankings, we recommend adding our Local SEO package.
What about my domain name?
If you already have a domain (e.g., yourbusiness.com), you keep it! We will just help you point it to your new website. If you don’t have one yet, we can help you purchase one.
